Bookings and enquiries

"Book now" and "Buy now" links on this site open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to our team. Submitting a message does not confirm an appointment or order — bookings are confirmed once our team responds and agrees on a time, service, or product with you directly.

Pricing

Prices listed on this site are indicative and may change without prior notice. The final price will always be confirmed with you before your appointment or purchase.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so we can offer that time to another client. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to hold future bookings for you.

Product availability is subject to stock on hand at the salon. Images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly by batch or supplier update.
